1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sky234 ("sky234," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sky234 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at sky234.one and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

sky234 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use sky234, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of sky234 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other online gaming platform operated by sky234 or its affiliates.

sky234 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited. sky234 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an ineligible player.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the sky234 Platform, you are required to create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. sky234 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.
• You must notify sky234 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• sky234 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, sky234 may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

sky234 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your sky234 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• sky234 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• sky234 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

sky234 does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sky234 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• sky234 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

sky234 reserves the right to request that a player complete wagering requirements before processing any withdrawal if sky234 reasonably believes that a player has deposited funds solely to claim a bonus without genuine gaming intent.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sky234 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All games on sky234 use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, sky234 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• sky234 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

sky234 monitors gameplay for patterns consistent with cheating, collusion, or the use of automated betting software ("bots"). Any player found engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sky234 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to sky234 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sky234 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

sky234 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform.

sky234 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sky234 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of sky234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from sky234.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of sky234's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sky234 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game outcomes or transaction processing.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sky234 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. sky234's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

sky234 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sky234 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and sky234 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

sky234 may share your data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and anti-money laundering bodies. sky234 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to Terms

sky234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sky234 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting sky234 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sky234, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform conduct, sky234's decision, made in good faith and based on available technical records, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
